This is the report Please do a clean uninstall and reinstall of Sims 4 with Revo Uninstaller: I have already submitted an error report through the EA error reporter. I’d like it to work but if that’s not possible can you get rid of one add-on at a time instead of uninstalling everything? I have been trying for several hours to launch the game. I do not have ANY mods or CC installed and haven’t since before growing together came out. I tried to repair the game and waited for nearly two hours for nothing to change. The DLC are still in my library and at this point I just want them out because this plus all the other recent Sims4 issues are frustrating considering how much money I’ve spent. Either one I try to launch the game from will open the opposite app but it never launches. I tried to delete Epic but then when I tried to launch it said I needed Epic to launch the game now. If I start in the EA app it opens the launch loading pop up but stays there for as long as I let it. If I start in Epic, it opens EA and then nothing happens. I’ve tried through Epic and EA to launch the game and neither works. I downloaded Epic games launcher for the three free packs. I had no issues linking or finding and downloading the packs in my EA library. Information, Guides and Announcements for the EA app.
